Identified - Our development team has identified the issue and is currently working on a resolution. We should have a fix early in the week of September 8th.

Investigating - Currently, using the Beefree editor, and translating that message, can result in no jobs being created for that email, which results in messages not being sent.

Our team has identified the root cause and is working towards a solution and release plan.

Until this has been updated, you should not translate any messages using the Beefree editor.

Resolved - Reporting is now back to normal, and we are no longer seeing large numbers of messages stuck in “Email Sent” status.

Please note that delivery status updates are still subject to responses from email providers, so there may occasionally be slight delays depending on the recipient’s provider.

Earlier today, an issue was encountered where some phone messages were not sent, categorized as "Not Completed" in Message Tracking. This issue has now been resolved, and messages have been sent.

If your local blackout time began before this issue was resolved (estimated time of resolution: 9:45pm ET), delivery will be delayed until messaging can recommence at the end of your designated blackout time.
