Identified - We are currently receiving intermittent reports that some email recipients are being mistakenly suppressed with the error message "Not Found." This issue stems from a recent change implemented by our email provider.

We are actively working with the provider to resolve the root cause. In the meantime, our developers are clearing affected suppressions to help mitigate the impact. If you require assistance with clearing these suppressions, please reach out to our Support Team, and we will be happy to assist you.
