Our team discovered an issue that causes phone messages using “Text to Speech” to not deliver as expected. Call-In to Record as well as all other delivery methods are functioning as expected. If you are unable to record an audio message, please reach out to support and we will assist you in creating the message.

Our development team is working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
