Update

Additional Functionalities Re-Enabled

The following functionalities have been re-enabled:

MASS NOTIFICATIONS/MESSAGES XR ENTERPRISE

Editing, merging and manually creating new accounts
District admins can add email addresses for manually created accounts to restore access
Selecting recipients via ID file and address file
Editing of settings in the automated messages area
Voice calls will be sent from your organization’s phone numbers again

CONNECT

Importing recipient lists and individual contacts
Adding/editing new groups and recipients

The features noted in this article remain unavailable as a safety precaution, and we continue working to re-enable all functionality.

Mass Notifications and Messages XR-Enterprise SMS Issues

Increased Filtering of SMS Messages
The Issue: Some SMS messages are being caught by filters applied by our upstream service providers. This typically prevents the message from being delivered and may manifest in your UI as a 30006 or 30007 error.

Workaround: We recommend avoiding sending links and phone numbers via SMS at this time, as messages containing links are often prioritized for filtering.

We greatly appreciate your continued patience and will continue to share relevant updates.
