On October 3rd and 4th, some clients saw messages that were not displaying their normal statistics; instead, the message was labeled as "Complete" or "Current".

Our development team has determined that the vast majority of these affected message batches have been sent successfully.

However, for a small subset of messages with this status, some individuals did not receive the sent message.

This issue was resolved overnight on October 4th/5th.
